Kyle and I carved out our ginormous pumpkin today! He was my official scooper and seed sorter and I had the handy knife. Those carving kits at Target are great! I do wish the patterns had been better suited for a large jack-o-lantern type pumpkin, but I improvised--I'll have the finished product up after tomorrow. I forgot to take a picture since Makenna woke up right after I was done carving it. It's on the porch now. I can't wait to have a candle in it. Kyle is either going to think it's the coolest thing ever or he'll be terrified and tell me he doesn't like it.
